Sewer Billing & Payments
COMING SOON! – NEW SEWER BILLING SYSTEM – EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 2026
Beginning with the November 2026 sewer bill, Pen Argyl Borough is transitioning to a new billing system. The Borough has contracted with Diversified Technology to prepare sewer bills and accept payments on the Borough’s behalf.
Your sewer rates and account number will not change. All balances remain payable to “Pen Argyl Borough.”
Customers will have the following payment options:
- Pay Online: Use the Pen Argyl Borough Citizen Action Center to pay by credit/debit card or other available online payment methods. A service fee applies to online payments.
- Pay by Phone: Call the automated payment system at 610-881-6154. A service fee applies to phone payments.
- Automatic Payment (ACH): Enroll to have your sewer bill automatically withdrawn from your bank account each billing cycle. Click here to download an ACH Application Form.
- Pay by Mail: Beginning with the November 2026 bill, payments must be mailed to the new remittance address printed on your sewer bill. Checks should remain payable to Pen Argyl Borough.
- Paperless Billing: Customers may enroll to receive sewer bills electronically by e-mail.
Important: Fidelity Bank In-Person Payments
Fidelity Bank will discontinue accepting in-person Pen Argyl Borough sewer payments at its Wind Gap branch effective January 1, 2027. This change is being made by Fidelity Bank and is not a payment option the Borough has chosen to eliminate.

Current Sewer Rates
Ordinance No. 734, effective January 1, 2025- Increase the Quarterly Sewer Rental Fees to $123.00/quarter for ten thousand (10,000) gallons or less (minimum charge), increase the charge for schools to $15.39/pupil and increase properties served by wells without a meter to $184.62/quarter.
