Zoning Hearing

The Borough of Pen Argyl Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday February 29, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Lookout Fire Co. Banquet Hall, 123 S. Main Street Pen Argyl, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, to hear the application of Besfort Kaja, 2238 Leithsville Rd. Hellertown, Pa. 18055 for Special Exception Approval from the Zoning Hearing Board for Conversion of existing buildings into apartments pursuant to section 108-15.C.8 of the Borough Zoning Code. Mr. Kaja is asking for a variance from Section 108-36.8.f for the required minimum lot area for the conversion and a variance from Section 108 Attachment 2 for minimum required parking spaces. The building is located at 21 N. Lobb Avenue, Pen Argyl, Pa. 18072.

This property is located in an R-7.8 Medium-Density Residential District.

At that time the Board will hear all persons interested in the above matter, and all persons with any interest or any objections are instructed to appear and their testimony will be heard by the Board.
