1. Review of a Draft Zoning Ordinance Amendment.
A) An Ordinance amending Chapter 108 (Pen Argyl Borough Zoning Ordinance”) of the code of the Borough of Pen Argyl, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 108-21 IL LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL DISTRICT allowing for the conversion of existing buildings into apartments as a conditional use.
B) An Ordinance amending Chapter 108, ARTICLE VII, SECTION 108-26, by modifying the table of minimum requirements for parking areas for accessory garages or parking areas to provide for changes to the minimum parking spaces for certain uses.
