PEN ARGYL BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING
AND LOCATION CHANGE
PEN ARGYL BOROUGH, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 709 of the Sunshine Law that the Pen Argyl Borough Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, July 21, 2022 commencing at 7:00 P.M., prevailing local time at the Lookout Volunteer Fire Company's Social Hall located at 123 South Main Street, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider Current Business and any other items that may come before the Planning Commission members for their consideration.
The Current Business portion of the agenda shall include the following agenda item: Review of and possible official action by the Planning Commission to recommend that the Pen Argyl Borough Council either approve, approve with conditions, deny, or table the following pending Subdivision/Land Development applications:
Preliminary/Final Land Development Plans for Huratiak Homes-410 S Mouth Main Street Residential Development, Sheets 1-25, Project No. 3728-99-003 dated 6/27/2022 and received on 6/30/2022. The subject property address is 410 South Main Street, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.
The review of this Subdivision/Land Development/Site Plan shall be in accordance with the provisions contained within Chapter 93 (Subdivision and Land Development), Chapter 94 (Stormwater), and Chapter 108 (Zoning) of the Pen Argyl Borough Code of Ordinances. The Pen Argyl Planning Commission may take official action on the agenda items listed within this public notice.
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting.
