Monday 3rd of January 2022 - Re-Organizational & Council Agenda

Agenda - Pen Argyl Borough Council Meeting of Monday, January 3, 2022 - 7:00 P. M.

 

Pledge of Allegiance:

            Mayor Stephen Male opens Meeting.  Stephen Male was given the Loyalty Oath prior to the meeting by Honorable Judge Alicia Zito. 

 

Oath of Office:          

            Mayor Male administers the oath of office to Council Members:  Joseph LeDonne, Second Ward; Josephine Hildabrant, Third Ward and Stephanie Cooper, Fourth Ward.  Mayor Male had given the oath of office to Scott Brumbaugh, First Ward prior to the meeting.

Re-Organization of Council:  

            Mayor Male conducts the re-organization of the Council for Council President, Vice President and President Pro -Tem.

 

Re-Appointments and Appointments:   

            Planning Commission – Fred Farino, five (5) year term, expires 12/31/2025

            Municipal Sewer Authority – Dale Houck, five (5) year term, expires 12/31/25

            Zoning Board – James Davey, five (5) year term, expires 12/31/25
